If the item is not damaged and you have changed your mind about the item, you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a refund. The original item must be returned to me for a refund to be processed.

If the item is opened, used, missing parts (that were not already missing), or is damaged during the return shipping process, I have the right to deduct from the refund to cover any loss in value for the item.
