Rare Sailor Moon Sailor PLUTO Deluxe Adventure Doll 11.5" 2001 Irwin

Good for customs! Neck area is orange/discolored. Not sure if this can be removed as I haven't tried. Missing earrings, underwear, gloves, and shoes. One leg does not bend at the knee. Legs show marks especially the lower half.
Dress has some staining that I tried to picture, particularly on the sleeves but there's a tiny few specks on the front, too. Please look over all images as this doll is not in perfect condition!
