Sandra Dogue BOY Doll Clothes and Straw Hat ONLY, NO DOLL, fits 10 inch

My mother is a doll collector and I'm helping her sell her many items. She stored her items in an air-conditioned closet and has a smoke free home. This outfit was on the SFBJ doll which is about 10.5 inches. My mother said she tried to wash the clothes but it caused holes near the wrists, shoulders, pants, etc. Maybe they can be sewn/repaired. Cute ivory outfit with green stitches and peach patches. The straw hat is in good condition except for there's glue one one seam/bend and is dusty.
