South Park Talking Stuffed Cartman 10” Comedy Central Plush

Featured is a talking Fun 4 All South Park Cartman plush, released in 1998. This is the 11" version. The plush is in used condition, and looks good for its age. The eyes are lightly yellowed, but nowhere near as bad as some I've seen. The vinyl on the shoes is also flaking, mostly on the edge of the soles. Much of the vinyl is still intact, but it will likely flake off over time. There's no guarantee that it will arrive exactly as pictured. The plush has also attracted some lint and hairs due to the materials used, which could easily be cleaned. The plush has no paper tag, but the tush tag is still attached with little to no wear. The plush is nice and heavy, and overall a very high quality piece. I tested the voicebox with some fresh batteries and it seems to work.  It was a little hard for me to understand, but im not sure if there is anything wrong with it or its just the way Cartman talks!
