ITEM DESCRIPTION: Vintage 19 1/2" 1950s Hard and Soft Vinyl American Character Flirty Eye Betsy McCall Doll in Original Costume. Adorable Flirty Eyed Betsy McCall in her original red, ball gown costume. Vinyl flange head with rooted hair, clear, working flirty, sleep eyes, all curly, brush lashes, painted lower lashes, multi-stroke eyebrows, light eye shadow, lip paint on slightly smiling mouth, and cheek blush. Jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. Wearing her original vintage tulle trimmed, red organdy dotted Swiss ball gown and lace trimmed sateen panties. On her feet, buckle and bow trimmed silver side snap shoes.
CONDITION: Good Condition. Working, clear, flirty sleep eyes with brush eye lashes. Painted eyebrows, light eye shadow, lower lashes, painted lips, cheek blush. Curly, rooted hair is in good, original condition. Full, fingers and toes in good condition. Hard vinyl body is in good over all condition, a light pink stain on the back of one leg. Legs are a darker color than the rest of the doll. Free of cracks, seam splits or bites. Dress and panties are in good never laundered condition. Panties have stretched oput waist elastic and have age soil. Shoes are in good condition.
