It's a larger size, bisque with open mouth with upper teeth, sleepy eyes, girl or boy doll head in the pictures. Just under 6 inches tall as shown. Very nice looking head, some paint to clean around the neck, short wig only partially attached with some glue around the top rim, eyes move up and down fine, no lashes, maybe could use some general cleaning as shown.
