Vintage 1945  Composition Cloth R&B Baby Mama Doll Little Angel
Here is a really nice vintage © 1945 R &B mama baby doll marketed as Little Angel.  I have provided a detailed and picky description, so scroll down for the rest of the story.
DETAILS:
HEIGHT: about 16  ”
MARKS:  R & B embossed on neck
HAIR:  Molded painted hair showing a few specks of color loss
EYES: CLEAR sleep brown  eyes that open and close very well.  No eyelashes missing
CLOTHES:  wearing her original untagged pink organza dress, original white cotton slip, original white cotton bloomers, vintage cotton replaced booties and replaced white organdy bonnet.  She is also coming with the hand crocheted sweater set that was found with her because it is part of her history.  There are some small holes on the dress that are largely camouflaged by the folds of the fabric.
BODY: Cloth body with composition arms and lower legs.
CONDITION:  She is in very excellent condition with only light, hardly visible crazing on her face and virtually none on her arms and legs.  There are no lifts of peels. No repainting or touch-up.  She has all her fingers and toes.

I usually ship the next business day after payment...Monday through Friday. I know that there are delivery times for USPS priority and Parcel Post STATED ONLINE but  actual delivery time can be 2, 3 even 4 times that long especially during the current Holiday Season.
USPS trucks used to pull out every night with packages to get to their various destinations but a new policy was implemented, that because of high gas prices, that the trucks would not be able to pull out until they were completely full. So they may sit there 1 TO 5 DAYS at each designated point on the route UNTIL they are full. This can greatly affect the delivery time.
Even though gas prices are low now, they are going ahead with the policy because the USPS is so far in debt. UNFORTUNATELY, they are not changing the stated delivery times .
