VINTAGE 1950s 18" GERBER BABY DOLL by SUN RUBBER CO. D&W & SQUEAKER -

This particular Gerber baby doll in the 18-inch size is extremely rare - She's marked on the back of her head, "Gerber Baby, Gerber Products Co." and on her back she's marked, "20 Mfg by The Sun Rubber Co. Barberton, Ohio USA Under one or more US Pat. 2118682, 2160739, 2552216, 2629131, 2629134, Other Pat. Pend." - She has a  squeaker in her body that works well and she is a drink and wet doll - She has all her lashes and once in a while one eye will stick but most of the time, they open and close alright - She has some dark marks on her back and a little on her left chest - She comes redressed in a little yellow summer romper - Her limbs are tight and she holds a pose without any problem - Some play wear but generally clean and free of odors.
