This listing is for a 1954 American Character Baby Sue doll. She is all vinyl with stuffed one piece body and legs. Arms and head separate. She has rooted dark blonde hair. Eyes are clear, open and close as expected and have no missing lashes. Her lip color is touched up. She is wearing her original (as I found her from original owner) christening gown of tucked nylon with lace trim. Snaps in the back with square snaps. No tags. She had a long cotton slip and taffeta bloomers. Cotton socks are replacements. Her hat matches her gown, has a bit of the tule ruffle missing. She carries a vintage pink and blue rattle.
