Vintage 1957 American Character “Toodles” Jointed

This listing is for a large vinyl baby doll known as “Toodles”. She was made by American Character in 1957, and has jointed elbows and knees. She is just over 20” tall. She has been well loved and has a few issues. First, there are “pepper” spots on her face, some lashes a bit messy, a few fingers missing tips, her outfit is a bit faded and has a few mends as well as 2 tiny holes. The hat is missing part of the inside ruffles. Her shoes and socks are replaced. Hat ribbon is replaced but vintage, rattle is new. Even with the issues I have mentioned, I think she is still a lovely doll for anyone who doesn’t want to invest the amount necessary to get a mint doll. Her outfit is original and consists of a pink polka dot romper with lace trim and matching bonnet, with nylon dotted Swiss pinafore. Squeaker doesn’t work. Please ask any questions before purchase.
