This dollhouse is in very useable condition---the 69-year-old plastic has withstood time and alot of creative play admirably, and will make a great showpiece (as the photos show). The worst of the wear is in a cracked floor corner, which can be easily glued, and in the poorly-designed rooftop handle section, which is cracked all around and has been taped and stapled to make a workable fix. (I think that a better job would not be hard to manage.). Color is vivid. This TROLL HOUSE is ready for sixty more years of FUN!
