Vintage 1960s Dam Era 3" Troll Amber Eyes and Black Hair w/ Sailor Suit

Sweet lil Sailor troll. I did not clean her, only put the matching ribbon back  up in her hair. Pictures serve as the condition description. I am not sure on her hair to be honest, it doesn't seem like regular troll hair. Please lmk is it Mohair?
