Original 1960's Tressy "Growing Hair" Doll with original 'tagged' dress and a red top (not sure if its original Tressy).
Tagged dress in good shape but doll has some flaws: the button is missing (there is a rattle in the body of the doll, perhaps it's inside?), no key, no length of hair to "grow", the lip has a dent in it and there is a red mark on the neck. See pics.
