Vintage 1962 Rare Montgomery Ward Exclusive 16" Sayco Doll w/ Orig.

I believe this lovely doll may have been a Montgomery Ward exclusive as the only evidence of her that I found was in a 1962 Montgomery Ward Christmas catalog (the doll pictured in the catalog is identical to my doll, though with a blue version of the dress and white hair instead of lemon blonde). This doll is approx. 16" tall and is marked on the back of her neck, "SAYCO DOLL CORP." ("S" is VERY faint). Her arms and head are vinyl while her legs and torso are a more firm type of plastic.
CONDITION: The doll appears to have been carefully stored for many decades. Her hair still has it's original braid and flowers and her gown looks lovely (just a bit of wear here and there along the bottom decorative edging). I do need to mention that the doll does have some soil/stains, including on her face. It's not at all what I would consider excessive, but for that reason, she is probably not for the picky collector/buyer.  Shoes need to be cleaned.
