Vintage 1963 Mattel Ken Doll Fashion "Touchdown" #799 Red Football Outfit.
Comes with what is shown in pictures.

A few things to note: the number on jersey is coming off at top of number. Should be able to glue or stitch back. Small black mark on back of jersey. Sock has a small hole.
