Vintage 1973 Mattel The Sunshine Family Home W/ Dolls

I am throwing in grandma and grandpa as well as you can see grandpa has 1 leg the other can be glued back together all parts are here. Rocking chair is missing rockers and we are missing grandma other shoe. For age it’s in good condition the original set did not included grandpa and grandma had to buy separate. Please see all photos . I’m also throwing in 2 other little books
