Vintage 1975 Ballerina Barbie Doll by Mattel #9093.  Item is brand new in opened box but the doll has never been removed from backing.  Instructions are missing.  All other items are included.  Doll and accessories are in excellent condition.   Top of box has a slight tear by price tag.  See photo #4.  Top of box has wear from opening and closing.  See photo #5. Bottom of box is in good condition.  See photo #6.
