Vintage #8 Ponytail Barbie Doll #850-TITIAN in Blue Helenca Swimsuit

Stunningly beautiful titian Ponytail Barbie #8 from 1964-1965 is looking great in her blue helenca swimsuit and one blue wedge heel (I don't have the other one, sadly)! At her age, she's not perfect, so please note the following:

Her hair is in its original factory set, but has gotten disheveled over the years. I am not very good at styling hair (my own or Barbie's!), so you may want to attempt to restyle it. It's all there and really gorgeous, though.

I have inserted safety pearl earrings because someone else had put in these type of wider post earrings before (the holes are bigger than they would have been originally), and there is a tiny split at her left ear hole going up from the hole (see pic)

I do not see any neck splits or nose nips, but please note that I have NOT removed her head, as I try not to risk that if it's not necessary.

She has some scratching on her torso, both front and back.

Most of her joints are nice and tight, but her left arm is a little loose. Still holds positions at top and back, however.

Her eyelash line has been touched up with acrylic paint and sealed, as it had very light paint rub-off. 

I had to do a major touch up of her eyebrows, as they were almost entirely missing. So I know they aren't perfect, but they are the best I could do...who knew that would be so hard!

Lips had almost no color, so those have also been touched up and sealed, using a color that was close to her original color, accounting for fading over the years.

Her fingers and toes look good and have most of their polish (some touch up was done to these as well)

Her feet have color transfer from shoes over the years, which I have not attempted to remove

I have given her a gentle cleaning, but I still see some spots here and there on her legs that may need a more detailed cleaning.

Swimsuit looks amazing, but does have some loose stitching at the legs, both front and back

I love her!
