Very nice condition with hat and rain boots.
Of Note: the middle button post on the slicker suit isn't attached properly. Sometimes it will stay in place, or while unbuttoning the slicker, the post will remain in the button cap.
The bottom of the left boot has a slight split at the seam, please see photo.
Neither the slicker nor the hat have any tears or rips. The only thing to mention is that there is some dethreading on some stitching. Look closely at the photos and you can see what I mean, as the black thread contrast with the pink color of the slickers.
