Vintage Baitz “Salzburg” WhistlingAustrian Tirol doll This is a unique, vintage Baitz “Salzburg” Whistling Austrian Tirol girl doll with a tag. She is in good condition, kept in a smoke-free house, and is 8 ½ “ tall. She is made with felt hands and a wrapped, bendable wired body, and a composition face. She was acquired in 1986 and wears an authentic, traditional costume: blue apron, rose print dress, black belt – which, if you look closely, is attached with very tiny pins! She has a cute face with an O mouth, (also called Whistling mouth) and long brown mohair braids. On the back of the BAITZ tag is printed Salzburg.
