Vintage Barbie Mattel 1958 Talking Ken Doll For Parts Repair 1960's

This was my mom's Ken doll back in the early 1960's.  She doesn't remember when he stopped talking or what he said.  No attempt has ever been made to repair him or open him up, so all original parts are in there guaranteed!
This is a fun opportunity to repair and restore a vintage Ken doll.  In addition to needing repairs to his talking function, his right arm pops off very easily and his head is even more loose.  The head falls off very easily.  There is also some discoloration on his skin, particularly the legs.  Please check over all photos carefully and send me your questions.
