Up for your consideration is a vintage Charmin' Chatty Cathy Doll by Mattel. She stands 25" tall. She has the pull cord, which pulls freely, but there are no records (so not sure if it works). She comes with her original top (though blue is faded), shoes and socks. She has pink undies. She's a cute doll!
