She is marked on her back with the number 13 and maybe something else but I can't tell.
I believe she could be an Ideal Mayfair or Mary Hoyer Doll
She is about 13 inches tall.
She does have cracking and a chipped piece from her neck. Being sold as is. Please look over the pictures.
Could use a good cleaning.
