Vintage Effanbee Patsy Babyette in beautiful Clothing

This precious Patsy Babyette is 9 ' Tall with amber brown eyes and thick brown lashes.  She was redressed over 45 years ago by Sahah Nuby of Birmingham Al,, a well know doll seamtress. The diaper is shaped and trimmed with lace with snaps. The socks are cotton knit with white leather side button shoes .  The slip, dress and bonnet are the finest batiste and tucked, trimmed and adorned with lace .
The lined bonnet ties with pink satin ribbon.
