Unidentified manufacturer English dollhouse, maybe early 1970's by the looks of the pattern on the upstairs sliding door. Pretty good condition. Not sure about scale. Ceiling height is 5 1/4", a bit small for 3/4" scale. Made of Masonite, Fiberboard, wood. Interior back wall printed with furniture, no furniture included. Battery for lights in attic, accessed by lifting roof. Plastic opening windows. One window has been recreated, Front door is a cardstock piece placed in the plastic surround. Tag residue on roof in front. Garage door opens. Beveled edge on right front of base is original, so the car doesn't need to jump the curb. A little wear to the edges of the roof, and the black tape hinge at the ridge has split near both ends, but is mostly intact. House measures 24" wide including garage, 14" high, and 11 1/2" deep, base is 14" deep. Local pickup available in Southern California.
