Vintage Japanese Geisha Doll 20" Tall on Wood Base with Elaborate Hat. This beautiful doll is so elegant but her hat & clothing need some repair. The elaborate hat has areas where the fabric has torn (could be sun damage) but could be replaced. (The hat will be packed separately from the doll.)
The silk along the front panels of her kimono also show some sun damage but are intact. The kimono is mostly reds and yellow, accented by an elaborate pattern and purple trim; the face is hand painted silk; the hands and feet are plastic.
This doll (with the hat on), measures about 20" tall, without the hat, about 17.5" tall. The wood base measures 6" x 7".
