Vintage Little Miss Revlon 10” Clone Doll Redish Hair O/C Eyes Twist

This auction is for a vintage older doll that is 10" tall and twist at wasit and has open close eyes and does have marking on neck but not sure what it means maybe some one else does out there . Her dress appears to be homemade and she has high heel feet. Please ask questions before buying.  If you are not happy with your purchase I have a return policy and I try and work with my buyers.If you have any comments about the doll I am always open for suggestions or if I am wrong about something, I just tell what I see.
