Vintage Madame Alexander Doll Sonja Henie 17" Celebrity Ice Skater Star 1940's. Original Skates & Outfit with wear & staining. Doll is very good condition. Her body is 5 piece hard plastic and strung, face is soft rubber type material. Glued on wig see photos for details, includes 2 bobby pins. Marked ALEXANDER on back of her head, no other markings, clothing is tagged see photos. Sleep eyes with real upper lashes and painted lower lashes, painted 3 stroke eyebrows, mouth open with painted lips & tongue. Dress is cotton fabric with felt design, rick rack and teal trim along shoulders, some tiny pom poms on this trim are missing, some staining through out, see photo.
Sonja Henie was a famous Olympic Gold Medalist Ice Skater and Movie Star.
