She is FACTORY SEALED, NEVER OPENED , near-MINT, PERFECT CONDITION , official Mattel Barbie doll.  Due to being 23 years old the elastic Mattel used to affix items in the box loosens and her genie bottle is free flowing in the box and her necklace moves from being centered on her neck.  Items also move while being shipped thanks to USPS.
