Vintage Meritus Kidgetts Picture Pretty  Lighted Doll House, Doll, Accessories The Playhouse is in excellent condition. I have cleaned the dollhouse and all accessories. There are no broken areas, cracks, or large scratches. It does have a few stains on the bedroom wallpaper, and the entry wallpaper. All windows are in wonderful condition. The top windows open and close. The door opens and closes easily. Lights work in the house and in the fireplace. Batteries are included. Dollhouse closes easily and tightly.  Colors are bright with no fading. Switches on the lights work great. Measures 13.25" wide 9" at top of chimney 4.75" depth when closed 12.75" depth when opened up All items shown in pictures are included. Clean and ready for play or display!
