Research leads us to identify this dress to be an original fashion item for Miss Suzette, the fashion doll manufactured in 1962 exclusively for the W.T. Grant stores by the Uneeda Doll Company. Neither Uneeda or Totsy (which also made clothes for Miss Suzette) labeled the apparel.
The dress is sleeveless in blue cotton with gold clovers plus black and white accents. There is a solid yellow banded neckline and armholes and a yellow ribbon bow at the waist. Two white plastic buttons are on back for closure.
Very good vintage condition; colors still bright; ribbon bow is faded and frayed. No stains, rips or tears. Mild grime and mustiness from age and storage.
