Vintage West Germany Moll's Trachten-Puppen Celluloid Doll 1950's boy doll with tag.
This handsome German boy is dressed in traditional German folk wear -- lederhosen with suspenders, a trachten shirt, tie, trachten jacket, loferl socks, and haferl shoes
. Traditional Bavarian style all the way! This is what men still wear to Oktoberfest gatherings in Germany.
His costume is unusually beautiful and detailed: faux-antler buttons, faux deer skin shorts, faux leather lederhosen suspenders, the sewn leaves on his jacket, the Bavarian hat with a faux feather, as well as a traditional stag head pin "carved" from a faux antler. This amazing attention to detail is what makes this doll so special.
He's in beautiful condition -- only the leather tie on his right leg shorts pants has fallen off. It can be tucked back into place, if you desire to do so.
