The ceramic doll parts were made by Geri Milano, who started her family business in 1971. She designed all of her own molds. She hand wrote and drew customized patterns for the dolls (cloths). Her business, "Creative Clay Cottage", closed around 1988 after Geri Milano succumbed to cancer. Creative Clay Cottage produced 144 ceramic dolls. These dolls were sold to the "Standard Doll Company", who sold and distributed them. This doll is Scarlette O'Hara from the movie, "Gone with the Wind". Her dress is made of a tulle or nylon net trimmed in lace, with green velvet ribbon trimming. Under the dress is a wire framed tulle or nylon net with lace petty coat. Her shoes are painted green. Her sole accessory is her matching parasol attached to her wrist, made of the same materials as her dress. She is in pristine condition, (please see condition section). Please see all of the pictures, as they are the final disclosure on condition.
