Vintage Sky Fairy Dancer 1990s Doll Figure (read Description)

I think the string is jammed. It only goes out a couple inches. Maybe you can fix this? You have to pull the string in a certain angle to get it to come out the couple inches it will go. Doll is missing a hair tie I think in her hair her hair stick’s straight up. If you can fix this is a great 90s toy. Please look at all photos for condition specs. Questions message anytime thanks.
