Here’s a vintage 14-inch Horsman
“Cindy” ballerina doll that I played with when I was a little girl, back in the
1950’s. She’s in great condition, with
minimal light wear, as you can see in the photos. She has a hairline crack on her upper right
arm that does not affect her arm movement.
Very light cosmetic wear. Her
original ballerina tulle skirt is a little rumpled. Her ballerina shoes are a little soiled. Her face and features are stunning!! Beautiful dark brunette hair. Jointed arms and legs that work
perfectly. Her ankles are also jointed
and can point straight down. Sleep eyes
that open and close easily. Vinyl head
with rooted hair. Closed mouth. She has an original outfit with skirt, jacket
top, and nylon stockings. One of the
stockings has a small tear. There is
also an original red pair of tights(?) that does have a few pinholes in it. MARKINGS ON THE BACK OF HER NECK: --- “HORSMAN” --- “81” MARKINGS ON HER UPPER BACK: --- “MADE IN U.S.A. ” --- “PAT. PEND.” Just a wonderful 65-year old doll!! Please contact me with any
questions. Thanks so much for looking!!
