Vtg 1950s MARX Tin Doll House Mid Century Modern Ranch Suburban 4737 ~

See Photos.  Comes from a clean non smoking home.  Blink a couple times.  Yes, this is a new old stock in box Marx ranch house.  All the furnishings are still packed in their original bags.  The tin is unfolded.  Comes in the original box.  Instructions are a there and readable, yet with many holes.  The box has been opened.  Looks untouched and unused.  Litho on the tin is bright and colorful.  There are a few minor scratches due to the tin sliding around in the box.  Box looks fantastic.  Corners are solid.  No tearing.  Looks like it was opened 70 years ago, then set aside.  Wow!  Check out the swing set.  Pieces are still attached to the original molded forms.  Double wow!  Heck, even the mirror with the pink furniture is still on it's original sticky cutout.  More wow!  We did not count out the pieces for completeness.  All parts/pieces are shown.  We have wrapped all tin metal pieces in bubble wrap.  Of course we will ship this inside another box so as not to mar the box you see here in the listing.  Seller Lot #20060.
