VTG 1969 Mattel 13” Dancerina Ballerina Dancing Doll BLUE. She does not dance or stand up on her own. Her head turns and her legs move. The button on her side is stuck in. Overall, she is in good condition. She could use a day at the spa or a doll hospital to get back to her dancing self. She has no shoes after a wild night of dancing. A doll from a bygone era. She would be great on a shelf once she's been to the beauty shop. Her dress could use a cleaning but it's in good condition. The crown shows no sign of damage.
