This is a Syndee's Crafts newborn baby doll. The doll is dressed in a gorgeous cream/yellow gown. Doll is approximately 12.5" long, however, the gown measures approx. 20" long. Lightweight doll with porcelain face, hands, and legs, but the body is stuffed. It does smell as though it has been in storage/stale air for a while, but it is currently being aired out.
