We were thrilled to find this vintage, handmade doll house at an old New England estate. It’s such a wonderful old piece – a colonial style folding house, two stories, with detailed roof and chimney, and an attached garage! Lovingly made by hand some years back, probably in the 50s/60s. A solid and heavy piece made of wood. It comes in “as found“ condition and could use a little TLC. One of the hinges has come loose and needs to be reattached or replaced. Possibly a piano hinge would be better. Also one of the plastic window panels is missing on the back, but this would be fun to creatively replace. It measures approximately 26.5 inches wide when fully opened, and is 11 inches tall including the chimney. We just couldn’t help playing with it! Please see the detailed photos for condition.
