This vintage African American Playmates doll from 1986 is a timeless treasure that has been beautifully restored. Her cloth body was unstuffed, soaked,washed,line dried, then restuffed with new clean stuffing. She was stitched closed with strong thread.
Her hair was unruly, so I shampooed, conditioned, cut & styled it.It has a somewhat coarse texture.
With 15 inches in length, this baby doll is made of vinyl and cloth with a soft body. The doll features brown eyes that stay open and are painted to perfection. The doll's hair color is black and the complexion is medium dark. I recluse her cheeks with Ultimate Fusion Paint.""
She is wearing a new handmade oufit*,new socks & a new bow clip.
She has her very own teddy bear to cuddle.
