Bases are the White vinyl plastic with White inner soles. THESE SHOES WILL FIT THE 18" MISS REVLON ~20" SWEET SUE WALKER DOLL ~ 13" ADORA BELLE VINYL DOLL AND OTHER 18" DOLLS. SHOES ARE 2 INCHES LONG AND 3/4 INCHES WIDE. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE THESE WILL FIT YOUR DOLL, PLEASE MEASURE HER FOOT. THESE SHOES ARE 2" LONG AND 3/4" WIDE ACROSS HER FLAT TOE AREA. THESE SHOES WILL NOT FIT THE 20" CISSY ~ MISS REVLON ~ 21" MADAME ALEXANDER PORTRAIT DOLLS ~ I came up with this elastic attachment for my sling back shoes while replacing elastic on many vintage   black 1950's sling back shoes.  These are the early black sling backs with red insole and 2 gold color brads on toe. These black shoe bases were molded with two slots in toe area ~ then elastic was put through slot and glued down to base. Over the years elastic wore out ~but~ never pulled off.
