1940's 24" Effanbee Sweetie Pie Doll Cloth Composition Orig Dress Cry

This is a 1947 24" Effanbee Sweetie Pie baby doll with composition head, hands, legs and feet.  The body and arms are cloth.  She has the most beautiful Blue eyes with long Brown eyelashes.  The eyes open and close perfectly.  She is in an original dress and also has a cloth diaper, socks and knit stocking slippers.
This doll varies in condition.  Thel egs and feet are in very good condition with minimal signs of age.  There are several fine cracks on the dolls face.  The left hand has significant chipping of the outer coating.  The right hand has some chipping.  The body is in very good condition except for some staining.  There are no rips.  The arms have no staining or rips.  The cry box does not work but you can feel it in the doll's chest.  The dress is original had does have some slight stains and some rips that could be repaired.  Please see photos for further clarity.
