GREETINGS! I am pleased to offer an all original antique 22" tall ca 1890 tin metal head Minerva doll with original oilcloth body. Her metal head has pristine original painted features including blonde molded hair, pink skin, light brown multi-stroke brows, red and black eyelid lines, blue eyes, coral eye corner and nostril dots, coral bow shaped lips over an open mouth. Her original teeth have detached and are loose on the inside of her head. Her head is mounted on what appears to be her original oilcloth body that is pin jointed at her hips and sew jointed at knees for posing and it has sew attached swinging arms with lower bisque hands (intact, age discolored). Her body is intact, her lower right leg's muslin cloth has a white patch.  GERMANY can be seen on her back shoulder, her front shoulder is covered, but likely has MINERVA with logo on it. She is dressed in a antique pink and white gingham with lace dress that is clean and in good shape (missing 2 shell buttons on back, one tiny hole on front and a small stain on right shoulder). Her long black wool stockings are from her era and are in excellent condition.
