A Bisque Doll 5" Kewpie with Hair and Blue Eyes made in Germany Needs TLC

A  Bisque Doll 4 3/4 " Kewpie with Hair and Blue Eyes made in Germany Needs TLC. The Doll is in fair condition. The arms are detached from the main body. But both are still there. The hair is a hard mess. It is I would call a strawberry blonde and it looks like there might be a flower in it that might be a red rose. There is old glue stuck to the back. The eyes are in good shape. the lips don't have much color left on them. the eyelashes are fading. There is also a chip on one of the feet. The one arm is missing the hook to fasten the string to put it in the body. As I mentioned the doll is in need of repairs. Please look at the pictures, and use your own judgement. Thanks for looking.
