If the item is received damaged, you MUST request a refund within 5 days of receiving the item. you MUST include photos with proof of damage

If the item is not damaged and you have changed your mind about the item, you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a refund. The original item must be returned to me for a refund to be processed.

If the item is opened, used, missing parts (that were not already missing), or is damaged during the return shipping process, I have the right to deduct from the refund to cover any loss in value for the item.
