Wonderful 1830s Antique Papier Mache Shoulder Head 34 cm Fashion Doll

This wonderful antique doll probably dates from the early to mid part of the 19th century, circa 1830 but possibly into the early years of Queen Victoria's reign from 1837. I am not an expert with antique dolls but I think my doll is possibly a Milliners doll.
Unfortunately, I do not know where my doll was made but she 'lives' in her cardboard box which has French language writing to the back. Please see the final photographs for details.
The doll has a lovely hand painted face on her papier mache shoulder head, with a black hair wig on top of her black painted hair. Please note that I have not attempted to remove the wig and just lifted it to show her painted hair underneath.
Her arms and lower legs are made from wood, her body and upper legs are kid leather.
The fabulous, very pretty hand stitched costume includes: Peach/green silk bonnet, cotton bodice with a matching skirt which is finished with silk border to match her bonnet, cotton underskirt, felt underskirt and cotton bloomers with lace trim. The doll has hand painted blue slippers to her wooden feet.
